SHIPPING

All items ship USPS First Class or Priority within in 2 weeks of purchase. I am not currently shipping internationally.

If your package arrives damaged from the Post Office please let me know.

JEWELRY CARE

Sterling silver jewelry can be polished as needed with a jewelry cloth. I recommend a Sunshine Rag.

Brass, nickel silver, and copper jewelry are treated with a sealant to help prevent tarnishing and help the metal keep its shine. A Sunshine polishing cloth is what I recommend to polish when needed.

It is best to hang or separate your jewelry when you aren't wearing it and avoid water with your brass and copper pieces.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

All sales are final and I do not accept returns. That being said, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please reach out to me if there is a problem or sizing issue with a piece you have purchased and we can figure it out together.

If your piece needs fixing or has an issue with craftsmanship within the first 6 months of purchase, let me know and I will gladly repair or adjust it for you. All of this work is handmade and if I have made a mistake I want to fix it.

Over time and with constant wear, metal jewelry can age or weaken over the years- no matter how its made. Well worn jewelry is full of love and miles, and while i'd love to make your favorite piece new again, I can't. Maybe we can repurpose or work on a new piece for you.

RING SIZE

Don't worry, most people don't know their ring size and each of your hands are different. There are many tricks to measuring your finger, here are some helpful links:

The majority of my rings have thin bands and will fit true to size or a little big. Rings with a wider band or a double band will fit more snugly and you may prefer going up a 1/4 size.

I can re-size a ring 1/2 to 1 size larger but I cant make rings smaller

CUSTOM and SPECIAL ORDERS

I do custom work on a case by case basis. If you have an idea for a custom piece feel free to contact me and we can discuss if it's possible. Alterations and adjustments are also available on a case by case basis.
